Do I need an account to watch?
No. Everything can be watched without an account. An account only adds a bigger watchlist that follows you from device to device.
Is Baker+ free?
Yes. Baker+ is 100% free, no account or subscription is required.
Why did a title disappear from the site?
Titles can be unpublished or removed by their rights holders. Titles that are about to leave show "Available on Baker+ until ..." beforehand, and can be watched until the end of that day.
Why does the home page order change?
Rows are reshuffled once a day on purpose, so every title gets its turn.
What are Baker+ Originals?
Titles marked with the Baker+ Original logo. You find them all on the Originals page.
What does the "Machinima Award Winner" mark mean?
Titles that won a Machinima Award carry a small white mark in the lower left corner of their tile and on their content page.
I did not get the verification or reset email.
Check your spam folder, make sure you typed the right address and request a new email. For verification use /login/verify, for a new password use "Forgot password?" on the login page. See Creating an account.
My old bakerplus.net link still works. Is that right?
Yes. Links to titles, episodes, seasons, genres, galleries and the legal pages of the previous Baker+ website are forwarded to the matching page of the new site.
