The area
Original Content and Development
Baker+ Originals: our own productions, made with partner studios or in-house.
As director you lead the area Original Content and Development on the executive level. You guide the team, set the direction and make sure the area succeeds.
Your responsibilities
- Set the direction and goals for your area and keep a roadmap
- Lead, motivate and mentor your team and resolve conflicts fairly
- Recruit, onboard and develop new team members
- Delegate tasks, set priorities and keep an eye on quality and deadlines
- Define processes, measure progress and report to the project lead
- Work with the other directors so all areas pull in the same direction
- Represent your area inside the community and towards partners
- Take responsibility for decisions and results in your area
