The area
Content Distribution and Acquisition
Scouting for machinima that meets the Baker+ quality standard, winning over their creators and guiding them to release.
As director you lead the area Content Distribution and Acquisition on the executive level. You guide the team, set the direction and make sure the area succeeds.
Your responsibilities
- Set the direction and goals for your area and keep a roadmap
- Lead, motivate and mentor your team and resolve conflicts fairly
- Recruit, onboard and develop new team members
- Delegate tasks, set priorities and keep an eye on quality and deadlines
- Define processes, measure progress and report to the project lead
- Work with the other directors so all areas pull in the same direction
- Represent your area inside the community and towards partners
- Take responsibility for decisions and results in your area
